Help us Stamp Out Hunger on May 14th 05/02/2011
We encourage you to participate in Stamp Out Hunger campaign! This national food drive is being led by the United States Postal Service and your letter carrier is planning on picking up any and all of the non-perishable food items you place into a bag next to your mail box next Saturday, May 14th. Last year there were over 73 million pounds of food collected and distributed to local food pantries throughout the nation. That is over one billion of pounds of food collected since the inception of the food drive in 1993. The Marshall County Neighborhood Center is looking forward to the entire neighborhood contributing to this cause. Please pass the information along to your friends and neighbors. Help us get the word out and provide food pantry items for our neighbor | Welcome to the blog page of the Marshall County Neighborhood Center: The Heart of our Neighborhood.
